Gaurav Jain, MD
Dr. Gaurav Jain is an Associate Professor in the University of Alabama at Birmingham Division of Nephrology/Department of Medicine, and has been serving on the faculty since 2011. He is the co-director of the home dialysis program, and the associate clinical director in the division of nephrology. He serves as an Ambulatory medical quality officer as well. His clinical focus is to improve access to patient centered care, improving patient safety, and delivering high quality clinical care through value-based programs.
